Description

A composite V-twin of translucent cerussite, ranging from a pale sherry colour in the centre to a slightly turbid off-white or colourless at the edges. The crystal has a sub-vitreous lustre and a slightly water-worn appearance.

The specimen was donated to the Australian Bureau of Mineral Resources (now Geoscience Australia) by Don McColl, but with no record of earlier provenance or location in the mine.
