Description
Slender lath-shaped, twinned crystals of cerussite (to 95 mm) forming a close-spaced radiating and reticulated network. Some oxidised sulphide ore adheres to the cerussite which inherits red and grey colour tints from iron oxides - hematite and goethite (?) - and relict sulphide inclusions respectively.
The specimen was formerly in the J.S. Albanese Collection but there is no record of location in the mine.
