Description

Stepped aggregates of colourless to creamish-white rhombohedral calcite crystals form a partial shell over a sub-spherical mass of pinkish-red dolomite. The parallel, or closely sub-parallel, growth of the calcite crystals is notable.

 Neither the provenance nor the location in the mine are recorded.
