Description
Two intergrown and incomplete crystals of turbid, colourless quartz, partly encrusted with sugary aggregates of rose-pink dolomite. The specimen has not been analysed but the colour of the dolomite is consistent with the presence of cobalt as a trace element in the crystal lattice.
The specimen is in the collection of Sharon and Eugene Cisneros.
