Cavernous sulphide ore, consisting largely of partly intergrown tetrahedral crystals of tennantite-(Zn) (to circa 17 mm). Most of the exposed crystal faces have a greenish patina due to partial oxidation, allthough the secondary mineral(s) have not been identified. Minor quartz is associated.

The specimen was donated to Geoscience Australia by A. Brooks. There is no record of earlier provenance or location in the mine.
