Description
Botryoidal mottramite encrusting a shard of Fe-stained siliceous matrix. Broken surfaces indicate that the mottramite is mainly dark green in colour with an apparently thin olive-green veneer over much of the surface. It has not been analysed.
The specimen is from the Pinch Collection, but with no record of earlier provenance or location in the mine.
