A loosely intergrown aggregate of lustrous dark, gunmetal-grey schneiderhöhnite crystals (to 12 mm) on a matrix consisting mainly of quartz crystals, peppered by dark irridescent hematite, some of which appears to be pseudomorphous after pyrite (?). Sparse crystals of yellow siderite (to 1.5 mm) are also associated.

The specimen is from the Pinch Collection (Exhibit 2) and was collected by Tsumeb Corporation mineralogist John Innes on July 20, 1983 from the West 40 Stope on 32 Level in the second oxidation zone.

The MGMH collection includes another specimen from this occurrence; compare with TSNB599.
