General Notes
Bradaczekite has been provisionally identified as minute inclusions in the gel-like material "GS1 / GS2" (of Gebhard, 1999), much of which appears to be compositionally similar to koritnigite although, at ambient temperature, it lacks the koritnigite structure (Bill Pinch; pers. comm. to M. Southwood 2014). Inclusions of crystallised koritnigite, and andyrobertsite are sometimes also present in this gel material. The bradaczekite was identified by XRD at the Royal Ontario Museum on a specimen in the Pinch Collection, now at Harvard University (MGMH 2020.7.733).
The occurrence of bradaczekite at Tsumeb is listed by Von Bezing et al. (2014; page 441), but there is no confirmation of the species in the peer-reviewed literature.
Questionable status is retained for bradaczekite pending further study and verification.
