General Notes
Gebhard (1999) reported that in 1995, he purchased a single 80 mm crystal, labelled as leadhillite, believed to have been collected from the second oxidation zone some twenty years earlier. The crystallography seemed inconsistent with leadhillite, however, and analysis showed it to be susannite, with one face completely encrusted with kegelite. Gebhard considered this specimen to be the finest known crystal of susannite.
