General Notes
Identified by Bowell and Mocke (2018) in association with cerussite, alamosite, melanotekite, pyrolusite and parkinsonite, in vugs within a calcite, galena and sphalerite matrix, on a specimen in the collection of the Geological Society of Namibia (GSN # 3988) attributed to the North Pillar on 34 Level in the second oxidation zone. The means of identification was not stated.
Questionable status is retained for mendipite pending verification.
