Description

Reddish-brown siliceous breccia lasts cemented by cerussite and calcite, with two major groups of milky-white to very slightly smoky twinned cerussite crystals (to 40 mm).  Two small groups of arborescent native copper (to 10 mm( are also present.
This specimen was number 317 in the collection of Clement Victor Latz, which was donated to the Australian Bureau of Mineral Resources (now Geoscience Australia) in 1976. There is no record of earlier provenance or location in the mine.
