Description

A shallow vug in tennantite-rich sulphide ore hosts minute bright blue microcrystals of keyite nestling between gemmy green zincolivenite crystals (to circa 6 mm). The tennantite has not be analysed but is almost certainly tennantite-(Zn).

The specimen was formerly in the collection of John Schneider (catalogue number 1674).
