Fornacite

According to Mindat the occurrence of fornacite at Tsumeb is "believed valid" (http://www.mindat.org/locentry-62727.html; accessed February 2016). No description of the occurrence is provided other than to note an association with dioptase and plancheite and a "Mineralogical Record, in press" citation.

No confirmatory article has appeared in the Mineralogical Record and in the absence of confirming evidence. the occurrence of fornacite at Tsumeb is considered questionable.
